Every order gets a tracking code by email once it ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs or public holidays in China.

Full shipping policy

• Request a return within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing contact@umpartschina.com. Items sent back without an approved request can't be accepted.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Made-to-order and personalised items (for example custom steering wheels, forged rims and personalised plates) and sale items can't be returned.
• Damaged or wrong item? Contact us straight away with photos of the box, the item and the shipping label.
