Bring your 2003–2014 Mercedes-Benz Vito (chassis code W639) up to the current W447 appearance. The kit replaces the front bumper, grille and body trim with the later-generation design, and is available with matching Multibeam-style LED headlights for a complete front end transformation.

• Fits: Mercedes-Benz Vito W639, model years 2003 to 2014
• Converts to: Vito / V-Class W447 styling (2014 onwards)
• Also applies to: Viano W639, which shares the same body

Material & Build Quality

The bumper is moulded in high-impact PP plastic with UV-stable primer, supplied unpainted and ready for colour matching to your factory paint code. Grille, trim strips and mouldings are ABS with chrome and gloss finishes. Headlights are supplied as complete plug-and-play LED assemblies.

Installation

Bolt-on conversion using the original W639 mounting points — no cutting or welding required. Professional body shop installation is recommended, with a typical fitting time of 5 to 8 hours including paint preparation. Parking sensors and washer jets transfer over from the original bumper.
