Bring the classic Mercedes-Benz G-Class (chassis code W463) up to the 2025 W465 G63 appearance. This is a full old-to-new conversion, not a trim package: bonnet, front fenders, both bumpers, wheel arch flares, lighting and mirrors are all replaced, so the finished vehicle carries the current G63 face and stance while keeping the original body shell.

Material & Build Quality

Bumpers, arch flares and trim are moulded in high-impact PP and ABS plastic with UV-stable primer. The bonnet and fenders are supplied in primer, ready for colour matching to your factory paint code. Headlights, taillights and mirrors are supplied as complete assemblies with wiring.

Installation

This is a major conversion involving structural panels and lighting wiring. Professional body shop installation is essential — typical fitting time is 25 to 40 hours including paint preparation and panel alignment. The headlight housings are integrated into the new fenders, so the front end is rebuilt rather than simply re-bumpered.
